Site Crawler

Audit every page at once,
not one URL at a time.

Single-page audits miss the pages you forgot about the ones with no meta description, an accidental noindex, or 80 words of content. The crawler pulls your sitemap and checks all of them.

The pages you never audit are the ones with problems

Without SEOMentor

You check the homepage and two landing pages because those are the ones you think about. Meanwhile an old category page is set to noindex, three blog posts share the same meta description, and a product page has been returning a 404 for a month.

With SEOMentor

The crawler discovers every URL in your sitemap and runs checks across all of them. You get one table showing which pages are indexable, which are missing metadata, which are thin, and which are broken.

What the crawler finds

Across every page it discovers, not just the entry URL.

Indexability

Which pages are indexable, which carry noindex, and which canonical elsewhere often the cause of pages mysteriously not ranking.

Missing metadata

Pages with no title, no meta description, or no H1, listed together so you can fix them in one pass.

Thin content

Word count per page, so you can spot pages too light to rank for anything.

Status codes

Broken pages, redirects and server errors that your sitemap still advertises to Google.

Duplicate metadata

Titles and descriptions repeated across pages, which forces search engines to pick between them.

Per-page structured data

Which pages carry schema markup and which don't.

One tool, not ten

SEOMentor replaces
your whole SEO stack

Every tool you’d normally juggle audits, rank tracking, backlinks, reporting replaced by one AI that already knows your site.

How it works

From URL to answer, in three steps

01

Point it at your site

The crawler finds your XML sitemap automatically and discovers the URLs listed in it.

02

Crawl runs in the background

Pages are fetched in batches. You can leave the page and come back progress is saved as it goes.

03

Review the table, fix in bulk

Sort and filter by issue type. Because Mentor AI has the whole crawl in context, you can also ask which pages to prioritise.

What shows up

Site-wide patterns you can't see from a single page.

14 pages have no meta description — search engines will invent one from page content.

3 pages carry a noindex tag but are listed in your sitemap, sending mixed signals.

9 blog posts are under 300 words, unlikely to rank for competitive terms.

2 URLs in the sitemap return 404 — remove them or restore the pages.

Bounded and respectful

Sitemap-driven

The crawler follows your declared sitemap rather than hammering every link it finds, so it stays predictable and light on your server.

Your own sites

Crawling is for sites you're tracking. It's a maintenance tool, not a scraper for other people's content.

Results stored

Crawl data persists, so the AI can reference site-wide context in chat rather than re-crawling for every question.

All answers to your questions

How many pages can it crawl?
Crawl depth depends on your plan. The free plan allows a limited crawl per site per month; paid plans raise both the page limit and the re-crawl frequency.
Does it need my sitemap?
It works best with an XML sitemap, which it discovers automatically at the usual locations. If you don't have one, our free XML Sitemap Generator can create one.
Will crawling slow down my site?
No. Requests are batched and paced. It behaves like a well-mannered bot, not a load test.
How is this different from a single scan?
A scan deeply audits one URL including speed and Core Web Vitals. The crawler checks many pages for indexability, metadata and content issues. They answer different questions — most people use both.
Can I crawl a site I don't own?
Crawling is limited to sites you've added as tracked sites. For one-off checks on any URL, use a standard scan or the free tools.
How often should I re-crawl?
Monthly for a stable site, or after any structural change a migration, a new section, or a URL restructure.
