Site Monitoring

Know whether your last fix
actually worked

Most SEO work is invisible. You fix something, wait, and hope. SEOMentor stores every scan so you can see exactly how much a change moved your score, and catch it when something breaks.

One-off audits can't show you a trend

Without SEOMentor

You audit a site, fix a few things, and audit again two months later. The score changed but you can't tell which fix did it, or whether a theme update quietly undid your work three weeks ago.

With SEOMentor

Every scan is stored with its full result. Score deltas appear automatically against the previous scan, so a drop shows up as a number rather than a vague feeling that traffic seems softer lately.

What gets tracked

Automatically, on every scan of a tracked site.

Score deltas

SEO and mobile speed change against your previous scan, shown on the scan itself — no manual comparison.

Full scan history

Every scan is kept, so you can look back at exactly what the site looked like before a change.

Multi-site tracking

Track several sites in one account and switch between them, with plan limits on how many.

Weekly email recap

An optional Monday summary of how your tracked sites moved over the week.

Regression catching

A theme update, plugin change or migration that breaks something shows up as a score drop on the next scan.

History feeds the AI

Mentor AI can reference your trend, so you can ask whether a change helped and get an answer from the data.

One tool, not ten

SEOMentor replaces

How it works

From URL to answer, in three steps

01

Track a site

Click Track this site on any scan. It joins your Sites page and starts accumulating history.

02

Re-scan after changes

Run a scan after each meaningful fix. The delta against the previous scan is calculated automatically.

03

Watch the trend, not the snapshot

Compare scans over time to see which work paid off — and get a weekly email so you don't have to remember to look.

What monitoring surfaces

Changes you'd otherwise miss.

SEO score 68 → 91 after fixing meta descriptions and adding schema.

Mobile speed dropped 12 points after a plugin update — caught on the next scan.

Three scans of clipsly.app show a steady climb from 68 to 100.

Weekly recap: two sites improved, one unchanged, one needs attention.

Your data, kept honestly

Every scan stored

History isn't summarised or rolled up. Each scan keeps its full result, so you can always see what the site actually looked like.

Deltas are computed, not claimed

Score changes are the arithmetic difference between two real scans of yours. Nothing is projected.

Email is opt-in

The weekly recap is off by default and toggled in Settings. Turn it off any time.

All answers to your questions

How many sites can I track?
It depends on your plan. Free covers a small number for trying it out; Pro and Agency raise the limit substantially for people managing multiple properties.
How often should I re-scan?
After every meaningful change, and monthly otherwise. SEO moves slowly, so weekly scans on a static site mostly show noise.
Does it scan automatically?
Scans are triggered by you, which keeps your quota under your control. The weekly email recaps what's changed across your tracked sites.
Will it alert me if something breaks?
The weekly recap surfaces score movement, and any drop is visible as a delta on your next scan. Real-time alerting is on the roadmap.
How far back does history go?
All scans on your account are retained, so history builds from the day you start tracking.
Can I see what changed between two scans?
Yes. Each scan shows its delta against the previous one, and previous scans stay accessible in full so you can compare specifics.
